One-time Payment:

  • You must be the bank account holder and provide the account number and routing number.
  • This service is free of charge and secure; payments are applied to your Oportun account on the day that you authorize the payment to be processed.
  • To make a one-time payment, please call 1-866-488-6090.

Ventiva

  • Transfer funds electronically from your Ventiva account to make your next payment.
  • Call 888-907-3873 to make a payment free of charge.
  • By accessing your Ventiva account, you can register and have access to free account statements, money transfer and bill-pay services, alerts and more.

Pay in person at any Oportun location

PayNearMe at 7-Eleven and Family Dollar Stores

  • Bring your PayNearMe barcode slip to any PayNearMe location inside of 7-Eleven and Family Dollar stores nationwide.
  • Your payment is automatically applied to your Oportun loan account.
  • If you would like a copy of your PayNearMe barcode, call 1-866-488-6090 to request that it be sent to you by email, text message, or mail.

MoneyGram ExpressPayment

  • First time bill-pay users will need to register at a MoneyGram location with an agent, or use MoneyGram’s self-service kiosk or red telephone.
  • Provide your Oportun loan number (located on your loan contract) and the Oportun receive code 7991.
